Cei Conna
I’r rhai a welodd y gêm yn erbyn Cei Conna nos Fawrth, cawsom gêm yn cynnwys ychydig o bopeth – pasio da, pasio gwael, camgymeriadau a chyfleoedd lu. Roedd yn gêm agored iawn o’r cychwyn. Daeth Cei Conna yma yn benderfynol o ymosod a chawsant eu cyfnod o lywodraethu’r gêm, ond fe wnaethom ni daro’r bar a’r postyn yn ogystal â chreu llawer o gyfleoedd eraill. Ro’n i’n hapus iawn efo’r fuddugoliaeth fel y gwelodd rhai ohonoch wrth ein dathliadau yn dilyn y drydedd gôl. Mae’r fuddugoliaeth yn hwb i’r clwb, a bydd yn rhywbeth i’r chwaraewyr edrych ymlaen ato a bydd hefyd yn ymestyn ein tymor. Ro’n wedi fy mhlesio gyda phenderfyniad y chwaraewyr wrth iddynt ddod yn ôl i ennill gan ddangos cymeriad go iawn.
Caerdydd
Ar nodyn ysgafnach, arhosodd 90% o’r garfan yng Nghaerdydd yn dilyn ein buddugoliaeth yn erbyn Port Talbot. Cafwyd amser pleserus a daeth nifer o storïau digri i’r amlwg gydag un neu ddau o’r hogiau sengl yn llwyddo i gael gafael ar “ chwiorydd Sinderela”. Mae’r tripiau yma yn help i adeiladu ysbryd y garfan gyda’r hogiau i gyd yn ffrindiau da a mae hyn yn cael ei adlewyrchu ar y cae. I Campbell Harrison mae llawer o’r diolch, gan ei fod yn arbennig o dda am drefnu’r math yma o weithgareddau.

Connah’s Quay
Those who witnessed Tuesday night’s cup game against Connah’s Quay were treated to a game which had everything – good passing, poor passing, goals, mistakes and chances galore. It was a very open game from the outset. Connah’s Quay came determined to attack and they had their period of dominance, but we hit the bar and the post as well as creating other chances. I was extremely pleased with the win, as some of you may have seen from our rather excited celebrations when the third goal went in. It is a big boost for the club, it will be something for the players to look forward to and will extend our season. I was pleased with our committment and our will to win, coming from behind to win showed real character.
Cardiff
On a lighter note, 90% of the squad stayed over in Cardiff following our recent win at Port Talbot. It proved to be an enjoyable time and many funny stories have emerged with one or two of the single lads only managing to pull “Cinderella sisters”. But these trips do help to build team spirit. All the lads are good friends and it shows on the pitch. A lot of credit for this goes to Campbell Harrison who is good at organizing activities.
